Class Options
Pre-kindergarten class
(4 years old as of August 31)
- -3 mornings a week from 9-11:30
- -M/W/F or T/Th/F

Younger Class
(3 years old as of August 31 and potty trained. Please visit with the director if your child is under 3 years of age.)

- -Another class may be opened if needed and offered on T/Th afternoons or M/W mornings.
Fees
- 3 mornings a week = $82.00 monthly tuition
- 2 mornings a week = $58.00 monthly tuition
- *Scholarship applications available from director upon request.
Typical Daily Schedule
Younger Class
- 9:00 Discovery Time (Examples include play dough, blocks, puzzles, easel painting, house keeping, books, etc.)
- 10:00 Circle Time which includes a story and activities to go with it such as drama, science, literacy or math activities as well as show and tell.
- 10:20 Playground or large motor activities such as scooters, tricycles, mini trampoline, balls and sand play.
- 10:40 Bathroom break
- 10:45 Snack time where the children have a snack and engage in “Snack Talk” and visit about a certain topic related to the weekly theme.
- 10:55 Book time, Table time or Tummy time
- 11:05 Music and Movement with props, actions or instruments along with games and finger plays.
- 11:20 Closing which includes a goodbye song, collecting backpacks, coats and things to take home.
- 11:25 Meet parents on the front porch of the church
Older class
- 9:00 Greeting Time and Planning
- 9:05 Work Time which includes Block Center, Reading Area, Housekeeping Area, Listening/Music Area, Table Toys, Sensory/Science Table, Writing/Language Center, Art Area and Computer
- 10:05 Clean up
- 10:10 Large Group Time which might include finger plays, singing, music and movement, introduction of concepts, shared stories, counting and number games, abc sounds and recognition activities
- 10:30 Go to restrooms, wash hands and have snack
- 10:45 Outside play time
- 11:05 Small Group time which provides the opportunity to try a wide variety of activities with a teacher in a smaller setting. Skills such as reading readiness, math, language, drawing, writing, science, art, listening, following directions and social skills will be taught and practiced.
